The above prices include all fishing equipment, live bait, and ice. Drinks and food can be provided for an additional charge. The above prices do not include fishing licenses, drinks, or food. These can be provided at an additional charge.

Reservations:
Please make reservations as early as possible, especially during the summer months, to avoid missing your preferred date.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation. Deposits are refundable with a thirty day advance notice of cancellation. The charter price will be refunded due to weather based on the captain's best judgment.

Departure Time:
Departure times will vary depending on trip type and species targeted.

Food and Beverage:
You need to bring your food and drinks or we can provide if you'd like. There is always an ample supply of water, Gatorade, and diet Pepsi aboard at all times.

Licenses:
A valid California fishing license will be required for all passengers 16 years and over and a Mexican fishing permit will be required of all passengers when venturing south of the border. We will be happy to supply you with these items, if needed, for a nominal fee.

Your Needs:
Please bring rubber soled shoes, a hat, sunscreen, camera, and a light jacket for the mornings.

Drugs, Alcohol, and Firearms: NO ILLEGAL DRUGS or FIREARMS will be permitted at anytime. Tackleman Charters does not cater to passengers who over-indulge in alcohol to the point of endangering themselves or others while onboard. Upon the Captain's call, any charter will be terminated immediately due to excessive drinking or the discovery of firearms or illegal drugs and the Coast Guard will be notified to remove the offending person. Upon termination of a charter for the above reasons, there will be no refund.
